Mr. Jestice, educated in England, has over 35 years of experience in the computer and telecommunications industry, and over 15 years experience as an Expert Witness. He has presented at many industry conferences, taught classes in computer programming and run computer technology seminars to industry groups. He has also taught college level computer programming classes in various languages.
Mr Jestice has worked for industry leaders including IBM, Ciena and Fujitsu in the area of embedded software, storage and telecommunications. He has also worked at 3 successful startups, and has started 2 companies. Ian has specialized in software technologies that control hardware directly, such as embedded, diagnostics, file systems and drivers.
In the area of patents and copyrights, Mr Jestice has worked as a Software Expert Witness in cases involving game programming, embedded software, file systems recovery, domestic appliances, digital televisions, tape libraries, disk drives and media servers.
In the area of computer forensics, Ian has worked on many data recovery/search cases involving fraud, pornography and mal-practise.
